The next morning, Robin was literally upon *pins and needles* as he waited for Miss Goodbody to come by with the glue remover. Just a bit before noon, she called and was very apologetic. "I am really sorry Robin, but last night on the way home, my car was in an accident. I can't get away this weekend. You can be brave and wait for Monday morning, can't you?" she asked. The last thing Robin wanted was to be brave and wait until Monday to be rid of the fake breasts glued to his chest. Well, it was actually the second to the last thing. The **very** last thing he wanted was to disappoint Miss Goodbody. "Isn't there some way you could get the glue to me sooner?" He asked. "What if we stopped by?" "I'm not home and it isn't likely I will be home today. I may not make it home before school on Monday so stopping by won't help. I am so sorry Robin. You have been a great trooper and don't deserve this to happen to you. I'll try to make it up to you. Can I talk with your mother?" Robin's mother spoke briefly with Miss Goodbody. By the time she hung up the phone she had a much better understanding of the hopelessness of the possibility of removing the fake breasts without the medical glue remover.
