Fortunately, she didn't actually say it out loud. The rock had a tendency to cause people to voice their wishes and thoughts out loud, but this time Jon had narrowly dodged the bullet. She mused more on the subject of Jon. Jon was basically a good boy. He seemed to take her for granted often enough. It wasn't easy being a single parent.
