Item 4: Dispell Wand
This is a common wand of magical dispelling. It removes magic from things infused with magic. Some magics are only uncharged by this and will regain strength over time. May be used in conjunction with an infusion wand to bestow powers from one item to another. Sold seperately. Use on magical lifeforms constitutes murder. Be careful.
