A new minority

Reality decided on naga being a minority, but also decided on taking some liberties with that. It decided that Naga could interbred with humans and rather than naga only being born to naga parents and humans only to humans, reality instead decided that either could be born to either, usually through recessive genes or random chance. As such, Jon was the only naga in his family, his parents and siblings being human, although his sister Zoe had inherited a few naga features, mainly the retractable fangs and venom sack. The house rearranged slightly, Jon’s room going from an upstairs bedroom to a heated conservatory that served as a Vivarium for him. Time ticked on, and morning arrived.
