Jon's Girlfriend

As Jon was thinking all of this to himself, a couple of guys walked by, apparently checking out a girl that was getting out of her car nearby. "Man, check her out," one of the guys said. "Oh, man. I wish she was *my* girlfriend*." And they went on their way. *Oh no,\_ Jon thought, after he heard the word "wish". The girl slammed her car door and walked towards Jon. "Hey, Jon." "Do I know you?" "Well, I hope so. I'm your girlfriend."
