One of a kind

Sarah wished she was the only blonde haired blue eyed girl in town. It was a stupid wish, but she figured if she didn't like it she could always swicth things back. So she made it so. The results wern't immedietly apparent naturally. How does one determine if other's have been changed when one is alone after all. Thinking quickly Sarah went and examined her mothers picture.
