Jon (or rather Martha, now) called Karyn. From the conversation they had, it was pretty clear that Karyn didn't remember Jon, but she _did_ still remember the wishing stone. All of the events that led to Karyn making that dumb wish that gave her blond hair and bigger boobs ... all of it still happened, but it was Martha who inherited the stone, not Jon.
