Stopwatch of Transience: Is Jon Alone?

Jon moved around the frozen people and cars, as he made his way through his neighborhood. He thought that he might check a few places out that he normally wouldn't able to, like Sarah McMillan's house or maybe somewhere more racy, like a strip club or something. Since time was frozen for everyone else, no one would ever know that he was there. But when he turned a corner onto another street, he suddenly felt a chill run down his spine. It was strange, but it almost felt like he was being watched. But everything and everyone was frozen ... right? Jon stopped and turned around. Then he looked around, looking for any movement. There wasn't any. But it still felt like there was someone or some*thing* else there ... that wasn't frozen. "Hello?" Jon called out. "Is anyone there?"
