Melony Tyne, or 'Mel' to her friends, looked down the hall at the two cheerleaders. One of them was wearing thick glasses...Melissa Smith. She looked at them with some admiration. She'd noticed today especially, she'd been noticing girls more...maybe she'd been single for too long. But she was attractive, the top athlete in the school...why shouldn't she be with someone? Steve had a different girl every night, it seemed. Mel was looking for something more...but until then...it didn't hurt to look. And Melissa didn't look like the typical cheerleader, which was intriguing. She headed toward the locker room. Outside the locker rooms, she ran into Biff Meadows, coming in from the field outside. She frowned.
