Explanation

"What exactly did you wish for?" Jon asked. "I wanted everyone in town to be like me. And now they are," Zoe said, smiling. Jon and Karyn looked at each other, confused. "How is everyone like you?" Jon asked. "Everyone's a Goth." Jon and Karyn looked at each other again. For as long as they could remember they had always been Goths. In fact, the entire town had been that way for years, even decades. It was hard to believe that only a few hours earlier they had been something else. It disgusted Jon to think that he *should* be what non-Goths considered "normal". He hoped that Zoe's wish *couldn't* be reversed. He wouldn't want to become like that. Zoe's mother was confused. "What is all this about *wishing*?"
