"I wish I knew the truth about this stone," Zoe said. Suddenly, tons of information flowed into her mind. It was basically what her grandfather said in his letter, except much more detailed. In fact, she received the *entire* history of the stone, from when it was created to *now*. She *also* received information about the previous owners of the stone, which included her *brother*. She didn't know how that could be. Her grandfather gave it to *her*, as part of her inheritance. Had Jon stolen it from her? That information wasn't included. She also now knew that the stone was briefly possessed by a stranger. She couldn't get a clear picture of what the stranger looked like, and that scared her, a little. It's like he was masking his presence. What *he* did with the stone was also unclear. Zoe still wanted to know more, so she made another wish. "I wish ..."
