I DON'T think you pushed too far with Lilly. I loved it. Besides, it was cute. I don't want us all going "oh, but there are limits" when sweet or awesome moments can be reached. :)
Besides, some way to speak with each other is coherent for the gods to have. The Assembly would play more or less like normal congress.
