Confused and Suspicious

"I wish that anyone that Mistress Morganna touches would become an obedient servant of her and would join our cause," Sarah said. Morganna became confused and suspicious. Her servant had made a very *specific* statement, as if her wish really would be granted. To see if she wasn't imagining things and that Sarah's wish really *had* been granted, Morganna dashed after the man jogging and touched his arm. He stopped suddenly and turned around. "Mistress Morganna. I'm sorry I tried to run from you." Morganna smiled. She *wasn't* imagining things. Sarah's wish really *had* come true. But how?
