Decision

Jon turned towards the others. "So? What do you think?" Sensing that there might be danger, Karyn wanted to go back. Zoe was curious about what the danger might be, so she voted to go foward. Sarah didn't really care, just as long as she got back to the real world. "Okay, what about you?" Karyn asked Jon. "I'm still not sure. Let me think about it." Jon walked to the highway median and looked at the vast city spanning the horizon. The old man seemed very concerned about the Jon's safety. But he had also lied to him. Mainly about being able to leave what he called the Place. Right now, he wasn't there anymore. So he *was* able to leave. The old man lied. Really, it was a toss up. Either the old man was telling the truth and there was an unspecified danger in the city, or the old man was lying and there was no danger. Jon walked back to the others with his decision.
