Steve "Speed Reader" Farber

By the time Steve arrived at his next class, he was completely bewildered by his situation. He had tried more than once to talk to girls, but kept on talking like a babbling idiot. In fact, it was exactly like how a nerd talked. And Steve Farber was definitely *not* a nerd. He sighed and opened the novel he was supposed to read for his literature class. As always, he never really finished his assignment. He just wasn't really into reading. It always took too long to do it and he would have rather have done "other" things instead. But that changed today. He looked down at the last place he left off and was shocked when he was actually able to read through the entire page faster than he was ever able to before. And not only that, but he actually *remembered* what he read. He wasn't just browsing ... he was speed reading!
