The General dialed a number. When someone answered, he didn't wait for pleasantries. "We have a situation." He described it. "Lock down your base. I need someone to assist me... an officer who will follow orders... I need a helicopter dispatched to the nearest commercial airport for me... And no one is to touch or get too close to the prisoner or their things... And general... do not leave your office, or answer the phone from any number off base...." The line went dead.
