Miss Fine: Kyla is Scared

Kyla got a note asking her to report to the new guidance counselor and became a bit scared. This was the woman that everyone was raving about...everyone acting weird. She wondered how she could get out of it. If she refused to go, then someone would come and get her, or worse...tell her mother. She needed more data to figure out what to do, and a plausible reason to avoid Miss Fine. She looked at the monitor. "Can you tell the guidance counselor I don't want to miss class? And maybe I could see her after school tomorrow? I can make an appointment." The student delivering the note shrugged. "Whatever. I'll tell her." He left and she breathed a sigh of relief for now.
