Incidentally, I apologize for my, shall we say... too-strong comments re: Jeff. ;) I also thought of a way for him to do something fairly "noble", reading your episode. He could find/buy the mermaid a wheelchair that would work for her, seeing as her main problem is that her tail is too long for most. Just a suggestion. :)
