Another Gender Role Reversal Scenario

Sarah got a perplexed look on her face, then said "They're not yours. They're mine, obviously. I mean, boys don't wear boxers. That's weird." "What are you talking about?" Biff asked. "Jeez, I never knew you were this much of a ditz. Boys wear bras and panties. Girls wear ..." "They _what_?" Biff interrupted. But then he began to chuckle, thinking that Sarah must have been messing with him. "Oh, ha-ha. Very funny, Sarah." But Sarah wasn't joking. As far as _she_ knew, it was supposed to be that way. Men wore bras, panties, dresses, skirts, blouses, etc. And women wore boxers, briefs, pants, suits, etc. It didn't even occur to her that it made more logical sense that women should be the ones to wear bras, since they have breasts and men don't. But was Sarah the only person in Lake Point who thought this way? Or were there others? And if the entire town was now like this, was Biff the only one who'd notice (besides Jon, of course)?
