Out in the Town

He lay in his bed, snuggling between the covers and soon drifted off to sleep...despite the fact it was still the afternoon. As he slept, next to his bed, the stone started to glow, blinking in an irregular fashion, like some sort of airport beacon. The stone wasn't a person, and couldn't determine what was or was not interesting. But...there was a town full of people out there who might desire something 'interesting'. And with Jon not hearing what they desired...he would be completely oblivious to it. After all, he hadn't wished for it to be interesting to him.
