He opened his eyes, and blinked a few times when he saw the face filling his vision. It was Sarah McMillan. She leaned in and kissed him, rather unexpectedly, then pulled back. "What's wrong?" "What are you doing here?" Jon asked. "What do you mean, what am I doing here?" She asked, confused. It was definitely Sarah, but she wasn't being obnoxious or bitchy...so maybe she wasn't acting like herself. "I mean..." Jon stumbled. Obviously something had happened...probably with his wish.
