The person who opened the door was Kyla Leeson. Nadine nearly did a double-take at the pale mousy looking version of what she remembered as her friend. Kyla was equally confused, especially after that phone call earlier. She recognized Nadine, but everything about her was different. Her hair style, her clothes, her demeanor. Nadine was equally confused. Kyla didn't wear glasses, or have a face full of zits...it was like this was Kyla's dorky twin sister...except Kyla didn't have a sister. "What happened to you?" They both asked.
