Outside in the hallway stood his 38-year old father Mark. As always, he was wearing his suit and tie. He was rarely home, as he usually traveled for work. He was always doing something with sales. But Jon and his dad got along really great, so it was a joy whenever he came back home, even if it was just for a little while. "Dad! You're home!" Jon said excitedly, but just as soon as he said that, the bracelet began to grow warm on his wrist. He glanced down and saw that the bracelet was also glowing, or more specifically the *glyphs* on the bracelet were glowing. Why was it doing that?
