WISH ORB: Jeff Becomes Melissa's Doppelganger

Suddenly, Jeff began to glow, causing Melissa to stare. "What?" Jeff asked. "Don't you see that?" "See what?" he asked. Then he groaned and shook his head. "Don't try to change the subject," he said, his voice notably higher-pitched. "I know our time together is precious, but I can't just ignore my friends. They're important to me too, ya know?" At this point, it was clear that there was more going on than just the fact that Jeff was glowing. He was taking on a more feminine appearance. But it wasn't until Melissa saw his hair turning redder that she realized what was happening to him. He was becoming her! And after a few more seconds, the glow was gone and so was her boyfriend. In his place was a girl who looked *exactly* like her. She even had Melissa's outfit. They looked like twins. "Earth to Melissa," her doppelganger said, waving her hand in front of Melissa's face. "Huh?" "Are you okay?" asked the girl who used to be Jeff just minutes earlier. "You seem a bit spacey."
