Green Stone: Hard Choices

Jon reached down and grabbed the stone, then looked around. Where did the guy go? "Hey, where am I? Why is everything dark?" a voice suddenly said. Jon recognized it as the guy's voice. And it was coming from the stone, just like *his* was a minute ago. When the guy made his wish, he must have switched places with Jon. "I think you're in the stone," Jon said. "Well get me the hell out of here!" the guy started to panic. Jon was about to make a wish to do just that, but then he paused. It was obvious that the stone wasn't working properly. How did he know that his wish would work? For all he knew, his wish would just make him switch places with the guy again. And he most definitely did *not* want to be trapped in the stone, like he was before. It was only good fortune that someone came along and got him out. Next time, he could be in there indefinitely. Although, on the other hand, he didn't want to seem mean and leave the guy in the stone. He deserved to be out just as much as Jon. What should he do?
