Wish Chain: The Wishing Stone

Jon slowly opened her mom's door and walked inside. It seemed that her mom was currently in the bathroom, so Jon only had a short while to grab the stone and get out of there. She opened the closet and peeked inside. Just like what the stone told her, the stone *was* there. Well, actually, it was a package addressed to her mom, from Jon's grandfather. But she was sure that the stone was inside. *Grandpa must have given it to her, instead of me,* Jon thought. *But why? Did someone make a wish for that to happen?* Jon didn't remember the wish she muttered to herself before she charged into her bedroom, hoping to catch Sarah. *That* wish made it so that the stone was sent to someone else. And it turned out that that someone was her mom. Jon quickly opened the package and saw the stone and the note from her grandfather, just like how it was when Jon got it. (Except this time, the note was written to Jon's mom.) Right as Jon heard the toilet get flushed from the bathroom, she grabbed the stone. Her mom was going to come out soon.
