Fortunately, thanks to the way he specified his wish, Sammy exuded the same pheromones that Sandy did. So now, any guy (gay or straight) would be attracted to him.
But, of course, Sammy didn't really care about any of that. He just wanted to change back to normal. He wanted to be Samantha again.
