Zoe's New Friend

Zoe walked up the stairs, slowly enough so that she wouldn't trip and spill the salt. When she made it to the second floor, she saw Karyn beating on Jon's bedroom door. In the hallway light, she got a better look at her new best friend. Her hair was now black, her skin pale, and her make-up was also black. There was a spiked collar around her neck, similar to the ones Zoe usually wore. She wore a black leather corset over a ripped fishnet shirt, a black leather miniskirt, black and white striped stockings, and black knee-high buckled boots with three-inch stacks, just like the ones Zoe wore. It was the kind of person Zoe always wanted Karyn to be, in her fantasies anyway. "You can stop now," Zoe said, approaching Karyn. "I've got *this*." "What's that?" "It's magic salt." "Cool." Zoe stood in front of the door and shook the salt onto it. Immediately, the wood door turned into paper, just as Zoe desired it to be. This way, they could just tear the door away. After they ripped away the paper door, they walked inside Jon's bedroom.
