Except ... why *should* he use it. There was nothing wrong with the way he was. So what if he was a Goth? He wasn't really that different. Was he? He shook his head. His new personality was taking over. He knew this would happen. And he knew he'd have to fight it. He turned the device so that it faced him and put his thumb over the trigger. One flick of his thumb and he'd be back to normal. *Normal*? Just the word started to disgust Jon. Why would he want to be like *that*? He remembered his life. He wanted nothing to do with it. Karyn was right. He *was* better off as a Goth. He smiled, feeling better about it all, and took his thumb away from the trigger. He shook his head again. *No! I have to **focus**!* he told himself. *I only have one chance and I have to take it.* He put his thumb back over the trigger. Soon, everything would be fixed.
